Fair and Square Home Services, Inc. currently focuses on small home repair and home maintenance jobs, as well as home inspection services. The jobs we handle are fairly uniform in the time required, and are therefore conducive to a flat hourly rate plus materials fee. For example, you can be fairly certain that hanging a ceiling fan will require from 1-2 hours and only exceptional cases will require more or less time. Remodeling a kitchen, however, could require from a day to several weeks, so Fair and Square does not handle remodels. Obviously, you’re better off requesting a strict quote for large jobs such as remodels.

Our home inspection offerings are great for home sellers and home buyers, of course. However, a home inspection is also excellent for homeowners who simply wish to become more familiar with their homes, and for those who want to be aware of potential issues before they become serious problems. For a flat fee, based on the size of your home and other considerations, you’ll receive a full color report (including pictures) as well as unlimited access to your home inspector for follow-up questions.
